15. Merriweather Post Pavilion by Animal Collective, 2009
No one is so so on Animal Collective; you either adore or abhor them. But if you love them, you know that this album is oh so good. It makes me feel like I’m about to break into dance at a bonfire at any moment. It’s trippy and lovely and the vocalization is unique and gorgeous. Brother Sport and My Girls are my favorites but the whole thing is excellent, especially on vinyl. Oh, and Guys Eyes!
